Take advantage of a winning streak!
We have all been there at one time or another, enjoying a session on the blackjack tables in Delaware poker when all of a sudden you seem to go on a winning streak which means that you win six, seven or even more hands in a row.
That lovely tingling feeling runs down the back of your spine as the chips start to stack up in front of you and you notice the envious glances from the other players at your table. On the opposite side of the equation though, we have probably all experienced times when every hand is a losing one as you mutter under your breath that the cards can’t have been shuffled properly!
There is no doubt about it though, these winning streaks do happen time and time again and instead of just staking the same amount on each hand there is a simple method of staking which will surprise you as to how it can increase the amount that you win in these winning streaks.
Delaware Poker at the Delaware Park poker room in Wilmington, Delaware, offers a poker players a 25-table poker room, 20-table dedicated tournament room and tons of promotions, including freeroll poker tournaments, bonnus sweepstakes table games, bad beat jackpots and much more.
It is called the sweepering method and this is how it works. Let’s keep it simple and say that you are staking one dollar per hand. When you have won two hands in a row, double your stake to two dollars per hand. If you win two more hands in a row, double the stake again. Keep on doing this until you lose a hand and then go back to your original stake.
Of course you should only use this method up to a level of staking that you are comfortable with but let’s look at the outcome if seven hands of blackjack in a row are won. If you are staking in the normal way you would be up seven dollars. If using the sweepering system though, you would be showing a balance of $22. Don’t forget, it is not beyond the realms of possibility that your winning streak could run to more hands than this and that is when you will be looking at profits that really do take off.
This system is very easy to implement and most people who put it into practice will never go back to using level stakes for their blackjack play ever again!
Why not try a staking method when playing blackjack which will increase your bankroll without increasing the risk?
