Delaware Certified Thoroughbred Program DCTP

More than 900 thoroughbreds are "Delaware Certified" and eligible to
participate during the 2008 Delaware Park meet for owner purse enhancements and certifier bonuses.

The Delaware Certified Thoroughbred Program (DCTP) pays 15% of purse share for first, second and third place finishers in overnight races and stakes ($5,000 cap on stake race bonuses). DCTP earnings are paid to owners with purse money and are considered part of the horse's official earnings.

Delaware Certified horses are identified in the racing program by a CD.
