Surveillance EDUCATION:High School Diploma or Equivalent Required. EXPERIENCE: Responds to calls requesting the need for surveillance coverage. Conducts surveillance through the CCTV system utilizing the necessary equipment to observe, report and record procedural violations and unusual activities. Communicates violations in a timely manner to appropriate supervisory personnel and follows up with accurate and detailed documentation. Prepares additional reports when applicable. Conducts tape reviews as assigned; changes tapes as required. Documents equipment malfunctions. Must adhere to Delaware Park’s Policy and Procedures. Responsible for compliance with all related State and Company Regulatory requirements. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information. Promotes outstanding customer relations. Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team. Performs all other duties as assigned. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Previous experience in casino surveillance preferred. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. Must be computer literate. Vision must be correctable to 20/20. Must be able to work all hours and days of the week including overtime when needed. Must be able to sit for long periods of time without difficulty. |
